Ocean Oasis Canarias, S.L., with registered office at Calle Sao Paulo 40, Local 4, 35008, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Las Palmas, Spain, and Tax Identification Number (NIF): B10528396, is responsible for processing your personal data.

Your personal data may be collected through forms related to surveys, newsletters, events, project updates, or voluntary activities connected to the DesaLIFE project (DesaLIFE Community) or other Ocean Oasis initiatives. This data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) for the sole purpose of keeping you informed about our activities and relevant project updates.

By ticking the corresponding acceptance box, the User expressly consents to Ocean Oasis Canarias, SL. being able to process this data under the terms of this Privacy and Data Protection Policy clause and for the purposes expressed herein.

The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent. Your data will be retained only for the duration of the DesaLIFE project or as long as necessary to fulfill legal obligations, or until you request its deletion.
